Age restriction

This website and its optional SMS program are intended for adults age 18 or older. By submitting an inquiry or opting in to SMS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Website inquiries

The website describes ReflexPilot services and lets business owners inquire or book a consultation. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement. Any paid work is subject to a separately agreed scope and price.

SMS program

Reflex Pilot (branded online as ReflexPilot) may send two categories of messages to business owners who separately select them on the contact form: informational messages about their inquiries, consultations, appointments, and requested service updates; and promotional messages about ReflexPilot services and offers. Each category has its own optional, unchecked consent box. Consent is not required to purchase or submit an inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message. We will send an opt-out confirmation, and then stop messages for the applicable program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email alex@reflexpilot.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
