Reflex Pilot (branded online as ReflexPilot) helps businesses improve lead response, sales systems, and conversion workflows. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, message, the page where you submitted the form, submission time, and your separate selections for informational and promotional SMS. We retain the exact consent disclosure version shown with those selections. The website may receive standard technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss consultations and services, and maintain a record of what you submitted. If you separately opt into informational texts, we may text about your inquiry, consultation, appointments, and requested service updates. If you separately opt into promotional texts, we may text about ReflexPilot services and offers. Providing a phone number or sending an inquiry alone does not authorize either category of SMS.

SMS consent and sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently place analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Our hosting service may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, and request times, to deliver and protect the site. If you follow a link to a third-party service, such as Calendly, that service has its own privacy and cookie practices.

Data security

We use HTTPS, managed hosting, and access controls to protect information submitted through the contact form. We limit access to the site operator and service providers needed to operate the site. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

Storage and choices

Form and consent records are stored in the website's managed database and accessible to the site operator. We use service providers needed to host and operate the website and messaging service. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact alex@reflexpilot.com. You can stop SMS by replying STOP to a message and request help by replying HELP or emailing us. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from responding by email to an inquiry.
